BOND's Kathy Freitas & AGC MA's Brendan Carter Featured Speakers at AGC of America's Construction HR & Training Professionals Conference
Kathy and Brendan's October 11th plenary presentation entitled, "Guidance for Substance Use Disorders in the Construction Industry", will focus on AGC MA's Human Resources Committee's Opioid Use Prevention H.R. Manual for Employers which was distributed as part of the AGC MA's successful Opioid Stand Down in June.
The manual resulted from a collaboration of AGC MA H.R. professionals working with the Grayken Center for Addiction to formulate a handbook specific to construction organizations and the construction industry.
